The scoup about the heartbleed bug...

The Heartbleed bug is a serious vulnerability in the popular OpenSSL cryptographic software library.

SSL technology is used for secure, encrypted, connections between your computer and servers on the web. If the website your visiting has in front of the address you are using SSL to connect to that server.

Recently a bug was discovered in the OpenSSL software. Knowledge of this bug would allow a hacker to read blocks of memory out of servers protected by OpenSSL Certificates. Cleaver hackers could use this bug to read email passwords, SSL encryption keys, and any other data loaded into the servers memory.

Don't Panic. There is no definitive proof yet that hackers have used or even knew about this bug. To be on the safe side however, Redmond Computers & Internet Services is suggesting that people update (change) all their email and website passwords ASAP. News KTVZ.com Broadcast....
